vCore / Accounting

Two countries. One familiar way to work.

Full double-entry bookkeeping for US and Japanese entities, with separate books, fiscal years and currencies. Add multiple entities to the system and move between their workspaces without losing the context.

01

Understand the position at a glance

Revenue, expenses, balances and recent transactions bring the account position into focus. Follow a figure into its records, review drafts and keep each entity’s books distinct.

02

Semi-automatic bookkeeping. Human control.

Import bank activity and expense documents, review suggested classifications, match supporting evidence and approve the results. Reusable entries reduce repetition; suggestions remain reviewable rather than silently becoming posted transactions.

03

A more efficient front end for Yayoi

Bring in supported Yayoi master data, opening balances and saved journal templates. Work in vCore with linked evidence and export journal data as CSV or PDF. Yayoi-compatible export is planned; supported source versions and mappings are checked during setup.
